BREAKING NEWS

We will have our team time trial on Saturday, August 16th at Brookwood High School. The race will start at 7:45 a.m. sharp. Plan on arriving 45 minutes early to give yourself time to warm-up, stretch, and do some strides before the race starts. Also, plan on staying afterwards for results, top 20 t-shirts, freshmen elite t-shirts, summer awards, and to cheer every runner to the finish. Parents and friends are encouraged to attend and cheer on our girls!

One of our runners has designed a team "Stud Runner" t-shirt! If you are interested in ordering one of these cool shirts, see Lauren Maldonado and let her know your size. Here is a picture of the shirt:

Big Peach Running Co. will be coming to Brookwood on Friday, August 22nd. They will be bringing training shoes and racing spikes to practice for the girls to try on and purchase at a 15% discount! 

Also, they will be bringing their Mobile Fit Process equipment to ensure that the girls are running in the proper shoes. Plan on a little extra time at practice that day in order to take part in this exciting event! Click on the highlighted text above to find out more.

All parents should plan on attending the Booster Club meeting on Wednesday, August 20th at 6:30 p.m. in the Brookwood High School commons area. Orders for uniforms, t-shirts, sweats, etc. will be taken at this meeting. We will also discuss important information regarding the upcoming season. Please plan on being there! 

During the summer heat, it is extremely important that athletes stay hydrated.
